Multi-cone synchronisation device designed to be installed on a gearbox shaft

The device (7) has two symmetric synchronizers (7.1, 7.2) mounted on a common hub (10) that is rotatively connected to a primary shaft (1), where each synchronizer has friction cones piled one above the other. The friction cones are positioned between the hub and idler gears (5.1, 5.2), and the synchronizers are provided with a coupling device e.g. pawl, between the shaft and the idler gears. Each synchronizer comprises five friction cones to present four rubbing surfaces between the friction cones. A sleeve (11) is positioned in periphery of the friction cones.
