Device for cooling bottles and tins is designed for cooling beverages in the bottles, ie. tins for multiple and single use, whereby as a main cooling agent is used a nitric compound in a solid state (powder). Device for cooling the bottles and tins is desinged so that it is easily activated by closing a bush (4). In the bush (4) are set a paper bag (5) containing nitric compound (6) as well as one thin nylon bag (7) filled with tap water. Screwing or closing the bush there comes to fastening, bursting and tearing the bag because of the prongs of the bottle (2) and thereby comes about mixing the material and there occurs a chemical reaction whereby cold is released and it cools the drink. Provided the bottle is chosen for multiple use it is necessary only to replace the used chemical agents (cartridge) by new ones, and the drink, as well, but there is a variant where the whole tins are cooled in this device for cooling the bottles and the tins.
