Class 20(1) [Also in Group XXVIII] A plastic covering for a post, e.g. a signpost or pedestrian crossing post, comprises an inner plastic tube a divided longitudinally at b and a number of relatively short abutting plastic sleeves c, d, fitting closely over the tube a to which they are secured by adhesive. The tube a and sleeves c, d, may be formed of extruded unplasticized polyvinyl chloride, alternate sleeves c, d, being of appropriate colours e.g, black and white. The sleeves c, d, cause the edges of the gap b to abut when fitted over the tube a. |
