The tool consists of a strip of cardboard (1A, 1B) with a hole (3) in an intermediate position and at least one weakening for a transverse fold (5) coinciding with said hole, so as to delimit two facing leaves (1A, 1B); the neck of the vial (F) is introduced into the hole (3) and the leaves (1A, 1B) are able to be arranged alongside the neck (C) of the vial and receive the action of the fingers (fT) in order to break said neck.
