The body has a roof liner (1) with an internal face (11) covered with a cladding sheet (4). A joint (3) has a sealed portion (33) contacting with an opening i.e. end gate (2), and a fixation portion (31) with a lip (32) that is elastically deformable. The lip is extended along entire length of the liner, and forms a gripper with an edge (15). A finish element (5) is made of rigid material and integrated with the internal face. The element (5) is mounted on an edge (41) of the sheet and extended under the lip. The element has a slot (51) in which the edge (41) is inserted.
