The device has a sealing piece comprising an internal partition (34) supported on an internal wall of a partition of a pipe (1) and around holes in the pipe's partition. An external partition (33) is supported on an external wall of the pipe's partition and around the holes. The partitions (33, 34) are connected by a through portion (32) of the piece passed via the holes. The holes have a closed contour/opening with a width less than the diameter of the portion for exerting maintenance effort along a longitudinal axis to maintain the portion. An independent claim is also included for a method for fabricating a connection device.
