The device has a stake (1), a pressure plate (2) and a sunshade mast receiving tube (3) integrated to each other for forming a monoblock assembly, where the stake includes triangular shaped sectioned strips with reduced thicknesses. The strips are implanted around an axle (6) that confers an excellent coefficient of penetration as a result of a reduced sand volume displaced during introduction of the axle. Internal diameter of the tube is higher than diameter of a sunshade mast.
