<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve user-friendliness in a convenient document transmission system and management server. <P>SOLUTION: A learning support system 1000 comprises a sender terminal 1 used by a sender such as a cram school, the management server 2 for managing the transmission of the sender's message such as an achievement test report to a recipient R such as a student, and a recipient terminal 3 used by the recipient. The sender terminal comprises a communication control part for sending document data that is a digitized request document such as a report and address information on the address of the recipient associatively to the management server. The management server comprises: a communication control part for sending the document data in an encrypted form to the recipient terminal, for transmitting the document data through a facsimile to a facsimile 8 used by the recipient or for ordering the document to be delivered to the recipient according to the received recipient address information; and a CPU for controlling the document transmission by any transmission method out of the encrypted document data sending, document data facsimile transmission and document delivery. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
