<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric water heater failure reporting device and an electric water heater failure reporting system capable of analyzing and reporting a failure cause of an electric water heater. <P>SOLUTION: A failure reporting device 43 is provided with a voltage measuring part 41 measuring voltages of a power source side and a load side of an earth leakage interrupter 3 detecting an earth leakage of the electric water heater 5 and interrupting supply of power, a history storing means 432 for storing history of measurement of the voltage measuring part 41, an insulation resistance measuring part 44 measuring insulation resistance of the electric water heater 5, a failure cause analyzing means 433 for analyzing the failure cause of the electric water heater 5 on the basis of measurements of the voltage measuring part 41 and the insulation resistance measuring part 44, and a communication part 42 reporting the failure cause in response to analysis of the failure cause analyzing means 43. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
