PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tidal current measuring device capable of acquiring always a stable tidal current even if speed increase/decrease or turn of a ship or the like is performed, when calculating a tidal current from a difference between absolute ship speed and ship speed through the water. SOLUTION: When a time constant of an equalization processing to the ship speed through the water and a time constant of an equalization processing to the absolute ship speed are mutually different from each other, an equalization time constant correction means 47 performs a prescribed correction processing for correcting at least either time constant between each time constant. When operating a tidal current by a tidal current operation circuit 43, in the case of having a time difference between input of the ship speed through the water to the tidal current operation circuit 43 and input of the absolute ship speed to the tidal current operation circuit 43, a delay correction means 48 corrects the time difference.
