PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular transmission control device capable of stably operating reduced in extremely small positional deviation by using a small electric motor, even if a transmission has a large friction load or a load variation. SOLUTION: A pseudo-integral signal is generated by performing pseudo-integral capable of enlarging an integral gain Ki of a low frequency by cutting high frequency noise by a pseudo-integral means 22. An output control means 26 outputs the pseudo-integral signal only in the case of a half-clutch state based on a half-clutch determining result of a half-clutch determining means 21. An average voltage command is generated by adding an output signal of the output control means 26 to a control signal generated in a control processing part 33 by an adding means 30.
