摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable power storage apparatus capable of continuing the operation of a load even when judging deterioration during discharging of a power storage unit. SOLUTION: The power storage apparatus is provided with: a charging circuit 19 connected to a main power supply 15; a power storage unit 23 connected between the charging circuit 19 and a load 17; and a control circuit 41 to which the charging circuit 19 is connected. The control circuit 41 calculates a summation time (t) when the power storage unit 23 stores the power, outputs an alarm signal for alarming a fact that the power storage unit 23 is becoming a deteriorated state if the summation time (t) exceeds a predetermined alarm time (ta), judges that the power storage unit 23 is deteriorated and outputs a deterioration signal if the summation time (t) exceeds a deterioration limit time (te) larger than the alarming time (ta), and prohibits thereafter the charging from the power supply 15 to the power storage unit 23 via the charging circuit 19 even if the power storage unit 23 is in a discharged state. Thus, if deterioration is judged during the discharging of the power storage unit 23, the discharging is not prohibited and the operation of the load 17 can be continued. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
