PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance operation efficiency by reducing eddy current loss generated during conduction while preventing the configuration from complicating and preventing the manufacturing cost from increasing, and to increase the amount of flux interlinking the stator winding of a stator. SOLUTION: The rotor frame of an axial gap motor consists of: a plurality of spoke boards 35 laminated in the direction of the axis O of rotation; an outer circumferential ring 38 covering the outer circumferential surface 35A of the plurality of spoke boards 35; a pair of hubs 36 on the shaft side, which hold the shaft portion 35b of the plurality of spoke boards 35 from the opposite sides in the direction of the axis O of rotation; and a pair of hubs 37 on the rim side, which hold the shaft portion 35c of the plurality of spoke boards 35 from the opposite sides in the direction of the axis O of rotation.
