PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mirror mounting structure by which a mounting angle is hardly varied even though a mirror is mounted near the height of a line of sight when the mirror is installed in a corner where two wall surfaces intersect and come into contact with each other, and mounting operation is facilitated. SOLUTION: A support frame 4 is mounted to straddle over two wall surfaces 3 and 3' in the corner 2 where the two wall surfaces 3 and 3' intersect and come into contact with each other, and a bracket 8 is mounted on the back side of the mirror 1. Both right and left ends 1e and 1e of the mirror 1 are made to abut on both wall surfaces 3 and 3', and flexible tension materials 7 coupled to the bracket 8 are laid over guides 6 and 16 of the support frame 4 in such a state that tensile force is given to the flexible tension materials 7, and also locked on the support frame 4.
