PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical sub-floor structure which can reduce the propagation of a sound downstairs from a floor panel, and which can secure the rigidity of a portion, near a wall surface, of the floor panel. SOLUTION: This sub-floor structure 1 comprises a supporting leg 3 which is installed on a floor slab 2, and the floor panel which is supported by the supporting leg 3. The sub-floor structure 1 is provided with a reinforcing material 12 in the portion (portion 11 near the wall surface), near the wall surface 10, of the floor panel 4A arranged by the wall, and an undersurface 7A of the floor panel 4A is supported by the supporting leg 3 in the state of keeping the reinforcing material 12 and the floor slab 2 in noncontact with each other.
