PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper sheet bundle forming device capable of piling up the paper sheets fed from a plurality of paper feeding sections in an order required by a user. SOLUTION: In a bookbinding system 10A, a first paper feeder 12 and a second paper feeder 14 have paper feeding bases 30, and a third paper feeder 16 has trays 38. The binding mechanism 62 of a saddle stitching and folding device 20 prepares a bundle of paper sheets by stacking the paper sheets fed from these paper feeders, and performs a binding process for the prepared bundle of paper sheets. A control PC 94 acquires a correspondence relation between the stacking order of each paper sheet input by the user and the paper feeding bases 30 or the trays 38. The control PC 94 controls paper feeding by the paper feeders so that the paper sheets fed from a paper sheet storage section are fed into the binding mechanism 62 in the stacking order associated with the paper sheet storage section in the acquired correspondence relation.
