PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passenger conveyer capable of preventing the temperature of a control panel from exceeding a permissible value by suppressing increase of the temperature of the control panel even if a machine room is downsized. SOLUTION: This passenger conveyer is provided with: the control panel 4 arranged at a longitudinal end of a truss 2, and controlling drive of footsteps 3; a first partition plate 7 separating an intermediate truss 5 with the footsteps 3 arranged inside from the machine room 6 with the control panel 4 arranged inside; a heat radiation means 8 arranged on a surface of the first partition plate 7 on the intermediate truss 5 side, and radiating, toward the intermediate truss 5 side, the heat of the first partition plate 7 with the heat radiated by the control panel 4 transmitted thereto.
