PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag or shopping bag such as a bag formed of a resin film or the like having an opening capable of being quickly opened by forming gussets different in length at right and left ends of the bag to provide a gripping tab. SOLUTION: A gusseted bag 20 is formed by heat-sealing 21 a cylindrical plastic film at the bottom end to form the bottom of the bag, and the end is used as an insertion opening 26 for putting articles therein. The bag is provided with the gussets different in length at the right and left ends, and when the bag is opened, the gusset having a longer length is gripped by fingers to open the gussets in the right/left direction, i.e., the gripping tab 24 for quickly opening is provided.
