It is characterised in that it comprises: a first layer including a non-woven textile web (2), a first face (3) of said textile web (2) being calandered and a second face (4) including loops (5) for interaction with a self-attachment strip with hooks; a second layer (7) formed by a printing ink deposited on said first layer opposite the first face (3) of the textile web (2).
