A production process for flexible solar cells especially of thin layer for air and space technology comprises sticking a flexible carrier (1) with a conductor (2) to a photovoltaic layer (3). Adhesion uses part surfaces following a given scheme where glued surfaces (4) on the carrier or cell are joined so as to leave spaces (5) extending to an edge (6).
