A stern duct of ship is provided to increase the propulsion efficiency and production efficiency of ship by forming the stern duct with one or plural plates. A stern duct(10a,10b,10c) of ship which is attached in front of a propeller(2) of a ship(1) has a section that is square-shaped. The cross-section of the flat board is approximately rectangular. The cross-sectional shape of the flat board is approximately trapezoidal.
