<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal capable of avoiding periodical starting of a short range high-speed radio communication interface from the viewpoint of power consumption without adopting a special communication method in the existing communication system, and to provide a program and a method. <P>SOLUTION: The mobile terminal having a short range high-speed radio (radio LAN) communication interface means for communicating with an access point has: a positioning radio wave receiving means for receiving a positioning radio waves distributed from a plurality of satellites; a positioning control means for outputting invisibility information only when the positioning radio wave receiving means can not receive the positioning radio waves; and a starting control means for starting the short range high-speed radio communication interface means to control so as to find an access point when the invisibility information is output. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
