<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projection type image display system, eliminating complexity of user operation at the start/end of use, and to provide a projection type image display device used therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The system comprises a power-on confirmation means which confirms whether the power source of a projector is turned on through a network based on an image transmitting operation on a PC side; a power supply means which supplies power to the projector from the PC through the network when the power source input confirmation means confirms that the projector is not turned on; and an image transmitting means which transmits image data from the PC to the projector after power-on of the projector is confirmed by the power source input confirmation means, or the projector is turned on by the power supply means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
