<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transvascular microcatheter with a balloon having a structure capable of effectively injecting a medicinal solution for treating liver cancer or others into an affected site without leaking outside of targeted nutrient arteries. <P>SOLUTION: The transvascular microcatheter has a balloon lumen in communication with an expandable balloon arranged in a front end portion and a medicinal solution lumen in communication with a medicinal solution feed out hole arranged in a rear position of the balloon, and is characterized in that a fixed type guide wire or a guide tube for the guide wire is protruded forward in a front position of the balloon. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
