<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a mounting board, a surface mounting machine, and a mounting board production control device which achieve higher mounting precision to improve the production quality of the mounting board. <P>SOLUTION: The mounting board is produced by executing a printing step of printing solder paste on a circuit board whose surface has a pattern of a plurality of electrodes formed thereon, a recognition step of processing a board image taken before printing to recognize an electrode group electrically connected to the same electronic component among the electrodes making up the pattern, a calculation step of calculating the central position of the electrode group based on the position of electrodes making up the electrode group, and a component mounting step of mounting the electronic component in adjustment to the central position of the electrode group calculated in the calculation step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
