<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing method of film with high thickness precision without marring cleanness. <P>SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of thermoplastic resin film, in which molten thermoplastic resin is extruded out of a mouth piece onto a cooling roll into sheet so as to obtain film through heat treatment in order to take up the film with a take-up, a space to cover the mouth piece and the cooling rolls is provided so as to intermittently ventilate the interior of the space and, at the same time, to execute the manufacturing of the film while the ventilation is suspended. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
