PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated sheet having high yield in DI working and excellent moldability, and seamless cans obtained by DI-working of the laminated sheet. SOLUTION: The laminated sheet 10 includes a metal plate 11 and thermoplastic polyester resin films 12 laminated on both sides of the metal plate, wherein a bonding layer 13 is formed between the metal plate 11 and at least one side thermoplastic polyester resin film 12, and the bonding layer 13 includes a binder resin and wax of a hydrocarbon compound.
