PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal remote control system which can perform remote control even if a position of a terminal cannot be grasped, can perform remote control even if the terminal is not in standby for an incoming call and further can avoid a useless use a radio band in order to remotely control the terminal. SOLUTION: In the terminal remote control system, the terminal 301 transmits terminal identification information (terminal ID) 311 to a relay node 201 when transitted from an inactive state to an active state. The relay node 201 transmits the terminal identification information 311 received from the terminal 301 to a registration management system 101, receives terminal remote control information 111 corresponding to the terminal 301 from the registration management system 101, and transmits the terminal remote control information 111 to the terminal 301.
