PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control circuit breaker which can lower the operating voltage of a polarized electromagnet unit for making it shifted from off to on by an external operation and can make the polarized electromagnet unit smaller in size. SOLUTION: The remote control circuit breaker is provided with a movable contactor 6 which operates an opening/closing operation by the opening/closing operation of an operation handle and operates an opening operation, when an abnormal current generation in an electrical path is received; a polarized electromagnet unit 9 which operates a back and forth operation of a plunger 20 by an external operation; and a remote contactor 7 which operates an opening/closing operation, in combination with the back and forth operation of the plunger 20. The remote contactor 7 operates the opening/closing operation via a sliding member 21, which slides in combination with the plunger 20 and contact points 6a, 7a provided on top ends of the movable contactor 6 and the remote contactor 7 contact with and part with each other and the electrical path is switched on/off.
