PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated sheet body which is excellent in the security sense in the hygienical aspect. SOLUTION: For this laminated sheet body 1, a plurality of sheet materials 2 and 2 are stacked through an adhesive layer 3, and the stacked respective materials 2 and 2 are used by peeling them. Then, the adhesive layer 3 is formed of the edible adhesive composition. In the laminated sheet body 1, since respective sheet materials 2 and 2 are stacked through the adhesive layer 3 formed of the edible adhesive composition, even if the adhesive layer 3 sticks to the sheet material 2 peeled from the laminated sheet body 1, a user and a consumer of the laminated sheet body 1 use the laminated sheet body 1 with ease in the hygienical aspect.
