PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container with a displaying sheet which keeps a displaying medium well arranged in a space present in the container and hardly separates the displaying medium from the container. SOLUTION: In the container 1 with a displaying sheet, in a state that the wide part of a displaying sheet piece 5 is arranged at the neck 22 of the container 2 and a lower region of the displaying sheet piece 5 is arranged at the barrel 21 of the container 2, a cylindrical film 3 is externally inserted to the container 2 from the outside of the displaying sheet piece 5 and mounted thereto by heat shrinkage. By heat shrinkage, the displaying sheet piece 5 is curved in an arc shape and the displaying sheet piece 5 is held between the cylindrical film 3 and the container 2. The upper end 31 and the lower end 32 of the cylindrical film 3 are bent inside while their diameters are shrunk, and at least a part of the undersurface of the upper end 31 of the bent cylindrical film 3 is tightly stuck to the upper step of the container 2, and at least a part of the lower end 32 of the bent cylindrical film is tightly stuck to the lower step of the container 2.
