PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sunroof device including a sunroof panel having restriction on movement of the sunroof panel in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle in an angle range as wide as possible to control rattling and abnormal sound. SOLUTION: The sunroof device opens an opening 2 by tilting down a sunroof panel 11 from fully closed position and shifting it rearward along guide rails 21. In this device, a front cam boss 41 and a rear cam boss 42 are formed on a panel bracket provided on the sunroof panel 11. An inside slider guide groove 21b, which guides the front cam boss 41 in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle, a rear boss guide groove 21d, which guides the rear cam boss 42 in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, a front cam groove 43, which guides the front cam boss 41 vertically and restricts the shift of the sunroof panel 11 in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, and a rear cam groove 44, which guides the rear cam boss 42 vertically and restricts the shift of the sunroof panel 11 in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, are formed on the guide rails 21.
