PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching structure of a protective pad for an endless track crawler belt, which excels in attaching strength of the protective pad, durability of the structure, and workability for attaching and removing of the protective pad. SOLUTION: A hook 4 welded to a core-metal plate 3 of the protective pad 1 is engaged with an end of a shoe plate 7 and a protruding part of a T-shaped head pin 51 inserted into a pin inserting hole 3b of the core-metal plate 3 through an elastic washer 6 is inserted into a pin inserting hole 7b of the shoe plate 7. After that, a head portion 51c of the T-shaped head pin 51 is inserted into a through-hole 81a of a rotary-type locking plate 81 and the rotary-type locking plate 81 is then mounted between the head portion 51c of the T-shaped head pin 51 and a back side of the shoe plate 7. In the end, against a biasing force of the elastic washer 6, the mounted rotary-type locking plate 81 is rotated 90 degrees with a wrench 9 so that the head pin 51 is guided to a bearing seat 81c through a sloping edge 81b from the through-hole 81a of the rotary-type locking plate 81 and the head portion 51c is then seated on the bearing seat 81c.
