PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber bundle sheet which is excellent especially in moldability into a complicated shape and to provide a fiber-reinforced composite material which can be obtained by integrally molding the fiber bundle sheet. SOLUTION: The fiber bundle sheet is constituted of a composite fiber bundle made by combining a reinforced fiber bundle and thermoplastic resin fiber. A thread constituting the reinforced fiber bundle is a filament thread of fiber, wherein 95 mol% or more of repeating units are consisted of polyketone represented by formula (1).
