PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game board unit capable of preventing various adverse effects to be caused by a large speed difference between balls passing through a ball passage by averaging the passage speed of the balls in the ball passage, and to provide a speed adjustment member, and a game machine. SOLUTION: The game board unit 5 includes: the game board 6 constituting a game area 6b; and an outlet 30 arranged inside the game area 6b so as to allow the balls 23 to flow in. The ball passage 37 where the ball 23 passes by only one is arranged inside the game area 6b. The speed adjustment member 17 for adjusting the speed of the ball 23 in a passage direction is arranged inside the ball passage 37 by abutment for allowing outer force to work in a prescribed direction being different from the passage direction in the passage 37 on the ball 23 passing through the passage 37 along one passage locus T2.
