PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable type disposable toilet seat cover that is functional, for making a western-style toilet at a destination usable comfortably, which is easily portable, and a stationary type disposable toilet seat cover. SOLUTION: A sheet main body 1 in a desired shape is cut at a center to form a center part 2, and sheets are continuously manufactured as connected with each other through perforations 3. Several adhesive parts 4 are provided on a back surface of the sheet main body 1.
