PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging body for a tissue carton stable in carrying which prevents the production of poor products resulting from the poor welding of a film for a grip from occurring and reduces damage to the carton generated at the time of transport, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A plurality of tissue cartons 2 which are stacked in the height direction are integrally packaged with a resin film 4 in the package 1. On the top surface 6 of a package body 3, a handle 8 for transport is provided in the package 1.
