PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-treatment method and a heat-treatment facility with which the strain of a workpiece after applying the heat-treatment, can be restrained. SOLUTION: In the temperature-raising process for a workpiece, when the is subjected to the heat-treatment, the workpiece, is raised to a first setting temperature just before starting an austenitic transformation. After raising the temperature of the workpiece, workpiece is held for a prescribed time at the first setting temperature, to make uniform the temperature distribution in workpiece. Thereafter, the workpiece held in the first setting temperature, is raised to a second setting temperature, in which a solute is made to be solid-solution. As such way, the uneven shrinkage caused by the austenitic transformation, is not generated in the workpiece, by uniforming the temperature distribution in the workpiece with the first setting temperature, and the uneven expansion caused by a heat-stress is not generated, and the strain of the workpiece after the heat-treatment can be restrained.
