The plant has photovoltaic elements mounted on heat collectors which are used both for cooling solar cells, and for cooling an under-roof region of houses. A circulation temperature is maintained below 40 degrees Celsius in solar thermal heat absorbers. Cooling of a module lower surface causes an air conditioning effect for the house when a solar thermal module (2) is used as a roof member, while solar thermal energy heats domestic use water in the house. The heating of the domestic use water takes place by utilizable temperature via the solar thermal module and solar pump.
