The system has network connections guided outwards from a control system cabinet (LT), and connected with a network component (ES) i.e. Ethernet-switch, over an Ethernet-converter. The network component combines the network connections into a Ethernetcable e.g. copper cable. The cable connects the network component with a field bus distribution station (FBS). Another network component arranged in the station splits up the cable again into individual network connections for controlling field devices (T) connected to the network connections. |
