The machine has a die plate (4) moved along a direction, and another die plate (5), where molds are clamped between the plates. A part of the molds is moved during injection of a melt into a cavity along a direction running approximately right-angled towards another direction (13), where the part is formed with the cavity and the latter direction runs vertically. An extension is provided towards the latter direction, and the displaceable part of the molds is movably supported along the extension.
