A thermostat and a lighting regulator with thermostat are provided to improve the sensuousness of the indoor space by minimizing the thickness of thermostat which is mounted on the wall. A thermostat and a lighting regulator with thermostat comprise a metal plate(120), a temperature sensor(140), an insulating material(150), and a display panel(130). A metal plate comprises a part of the exterior of the external casing. The thermostat is adhered to the rear side of the metal plate, and senses the temperature of the metal plate, and transmits the temperature sensing signal to the temperature controller through a cable(145) or a connector. The temperature controller periodically receives the temperature sensing signal from the temperature sensor, and compares with the request preset temperature inputted to a storage. |
