MACHINE-TO-MACHINE DIFFERENCE SIMULATION PRESS AND ITS RIGIDITY REGULATION METHOD

A machine-to-machine difference simulation press comprises hydraulic cylinders (18A, 18B) for supporting the central part of a die holding members (a bolster (13), a slider (9)) supported at the outer circumferential part, and rigidity regulation means (20A, 20B) for regulating the supporting rigidity of the die holding member by means of the hydraulic cylinders. Distortion data is acquired by measuring distortion of a simulation object press, distribution of deflection of the simulation object press is calculated by estimation from the distortion data as the target distribution of deflection, and then the supporting rigidity of the die holding member is regulated by the rigidity regulation means and the hydraulic cylinders such that the distribution of deflection of the machine-to-machine difference simulation press becomes the target distribution of deflection.
