<p>The subject of the invention is a method for mounting a packed, engraved or plate thin-walled sleeve (30) on a machine form cylinder (10M) of a printing press, with a given development, the said form cylinder comprising nozzles (20) for the passage of air under pressure, characterized in that it consists in creating a first packed, engraved or plate thin-walled sleeve (30), in mounting this first thin-walled sleeve (30) by radial expansion on a transfer sleeve (22) having the given development and an inside diameter suited to being accepted on the said machine form cylinder (10M), in immobilizing this first thin-walled sleeve (30) on the said transfer sleeve by radial compression, in mounting the assembly consisting of the first thin-walled sleeve and the transfer sleeve on the said machine form cylinder (10M) by emitting air under pressure through the said nozzles (20) and in immobilizing the said assembly consisting of the first thin-walled sleeve and the transfer sleeve on the said machine form cylinder (10M) by interrupting the emission of air under pressure.</p> |
