<p>The invention provides the structure of a human ß2-adrenergic receptor, a cholesterol consensus motif, and methods of identifying modulators of G-protein coupled receptors (GPCRs). Methods of using the modulators of the receptor, GPCRs, and the cholesterol consensus motif are also provided.</p>
