A molding die structure for semi-solidified metal product and method of molding a semi-solidified metal product that ensure a favorable retention of moldability of semi-solidified metal and also attain reduction of material and production costs and simplification of finishing operation; and a semi-solidified metal product molded thereby. The molding die structure for semi-solidified metal product is adapted to carry out pressurization/relative displacement of inferior die and superior die while the interior of the cavity formed by the closure of the inferior die and superior die is filled with a semi-solidified metal to thereby accomplish compression and molding of the semi-solidified metal. There is provided a runout space for semi-solidified metal lying in the superior die at a plane position corresponding to a window part of the product after molding, the runout space brought into communication with the cavity in the course of die closing. At pressurization, the metal corresponding to the window part enters the runout space of the superior die, thereby attaining reduction of pressurization force, downsizing of molding machine and simplification of finishing processing.
