An apparatus for dynamically changing the location through the association with the present location of a user input device shown on a display device, and marking an execution menu displayed around the location, and a method therefor are provided to always perform a desired execution program or function quickly in the current location of a pointing input device without the necessity of moving the pointing input device to a specific location on the display device. A module(M3) displays a menu which a module(M2) comprises in a predetermined area centering on a location grasped by a module(M1), as an icon. A menu icon list(L1) moves along a cursor(C1). The cursor shows the current position of a pointing device such as the mouse shown on a display unit of an information communication equipment. When a user selects an icon from the menu icon list, a program or device having the function corresponding to the icon executes a corresponding menu. |
