A pallet structure of a pulp molding machine is provided to prevent secession of a horizontal direction of a net frame and to combine a pallet and the net frame easily and stably. A pallet structure of a pulp molding machine includes the followings: a body frame(110) which is a square shape with regular thickness; a plurality of placement tools(111) formed in the body frame; a plurality of spotting tool(130) form on one side of the body frame; a positioning pin(131) formed to a horizontal direction on a side of the spotting tool; and a plurality of pins for adjusting positions of net frames(120) with a cylindrical shape.
