An underwater lamp for a fountain is provided to prevent the illuminance degradation by automatically discharging the water of the surface of a lighting member. An underwater lamp(100) for a fountain includes a housing(10), a lamp(20), a lighting member(50), and a printed circuit board(30). A nozzle installation hole(11) is formed in the center of the housing. A fountain nozzle(1) is installed in the nozzle installation hole. The lamp is installed inside the housing to be adjacent to the fountain nozzle. The lamp illuminates the fountain. The lighting member is installed in the housing. The lighting member protects the lamp. The lighting member has at least one illumination window(55). A drain path(58) is formed in the lighting member. The draining path discharges the water of the illumination window. The printed circuit board is arranged inside the housing. The printed circuit board operates the lamp. The printed circuit board includes a first substrate(31) and a second substrate(32). The lamp operating circuit is installed in the first substrate. The lamp is installed in the second substrate. The second substrate discharges the heat of the lamp.
