A traction motor for a rapid electronic railway is provided to increase the cooling effect by forming a blade between ventilation holes. A traction motor(300) for a rapid electronic railway includes an axis(310) and a rotor(320). A rotor is supported by the axis. A plurality of ventilation holes(321) are formed in the rotor. The cooling air is ventilated through the plurality of ventilation holes. A plurality of blades(322) are formed between the plurality of ventilation holes. The blade minimizes the noise due to a resonant sound generated in the ventilation hole. The blade is integrated with the rotor. The height of blade is 15mm or 30mm. The blade discharges the cooling air smoothly.
